Q: What products will I get?

A: You'll receive a quantity of a different logo product each month or quarter, carefully selected by the SWAGdirect pros — products like pens, planners, calculators, drinkware, etc.

Q: What color will the product be?

A: The logo products you receive may be white, black, blue, red, green, etc. depending on the item. When you subscribe, you can choose a color preference, and we'll use that color for your items whenever possible.

Q: How do you know what logo to imprint?

A: SWAGdirect will use the logo you upload when you subscribe. If you don't have a logo, you can select 3 lines of text for us to imprint.

Q: What color will my logo be imprinted?

A: SWAGdirect will choose the best high contrast color for each product, to make sure your logo or ad text is visible.

Q: Will you charge me extra for logo setup?

A: NO, that is a FREE service that we extend to you for subscribing to SWAGdirect.

Q: What if I want to ship my products to a different location than my billing address?

A: Easy — just fill in this detail when you subscribe. Plus, you can log in to your account and change your shipping address 30 days prior to each shipment.

Q: Are there any additional costs?

A: The only additional costs are sales tax for California addresses, and freight.

Q: How much is freight and sales tax?

A: Sales tax for CA addresses is 7.75%. Freight will vary, depending on your location. We'll use the most cost effective shipping service available and that charge will be added to your monthly subscription cost.

Q: How do I choose my own promotional products?

A: Just click through to the Orange section on the home page, Choose Your Own SWAG, where you can search through our database with 1,000's of logo products.

Q: When will I receive my first SWAG shipment?

A: We ship each SWAG of the Month and SWAG of the Quarter orders to land in the first week of the month.

Q: Once I sign-up for the SWAG Direct program, how long will it take until I receive my first shipment?

A: If you subscribe around the first of the month, you'll receive your first shipment approximately 30 days later.

Q: How many promotional products will I get?

A: You'll receive different quantities depending on the particular product for that shipment. You can review some specific examples of past, current and future SWAGdirect products.

Q: How do I increase my order quantity?

A: Just review our future SWAGdirect products page, determine how many you want and email us 30 days prior to the normal landing date of each order at support@SWAGdirect.com.

Q: What happens if there is a problem with my SWAG order and/or I don't like it?

A: Call us right away at 530-899-5060 or email us at support@SWAGdirect.com and we'll address any problems you may have.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes, you can cancel at any time. Just phone us at 530-899-0550 and speak with a SWAGdirect professional. We'll cancel your subscription at that time. Note, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of each automatic shipment.
